I love this pen holder I found at the PCC flea market. The cubbies are tilted down at the back, so the pens, pencils and markers can't fall out, even in an earthquake. I'm thinking of getting a smaller desk, but I would never want to take this off the top.
Isn't that a great sign? Also from PCC; I had to have it. Thank goodness my seat IS near a window or I would shrivel.
Talk about reality! Hmmmm... I see a jewelry project, a bookbinding project...oh, yes, some leftover valentine stuff. It's a wonder anything gets done.
It's 10 a.m., the sun is shining through the crystals at the window and throwing rainbows over my hands. The construction down the street has paused and I can now hear the clock ticking on the wall and the birds chattering outside. From my work table, I can peer through the ficus trees and see some orange California poppies and pink sweetpeas abloom in my back garden. Life is good. Why can I not stay here all day? Deep cleansing breath....aaahhhh...
